Qatar Meteorology Department said in tweet that there’s chance of rain in country’s south.
“Latest radar image detect scattered light rain in central areas due to some local cloud formations. Chance of local rain expected to improve tomorrow afternoon especially in southern areas. #Qatar,” tweet said.
A daily weather report by the department said the weather inshore until 6 am on Saturday will be slightly cloudy, humid and misty to foggy at places later.
The department warned of poor visibility at some places later.
Offshore, it will be misty at times with some clouds, the report added.
Wind inshore will be mainly southeasterly at a speed of 5 to 12 knot becoming variable less than 5 knot later.
Offshore, it will be southeasterly to northeasterly at a speed of 3 to 13 knot.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 2 kilometers or less at places later.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet.
