InterContinental Doha has announced the return of Chef Jesus Delgado, corporate executive chef of Gastón Acurio, to La Mar Doha for a limited time period.
Chef Jesus previously spent 6 months in Doha for the opening of La Mar Doha by Gastón Acurio, working with a team of experts to ensure a seamless launch. Aside from being the corporate executive chef of Gastón Acurio, Chef Jesus is also the Chef de Cuisine at Tanta, a restaurant in Chicago focusing on iconic Peruvian cuisine.
“I am pleased to be back in Doha and I’m looking forward to working with the team once again during my stay. Residents of Doha will definitely enjoy the activities we have planned at La Mar during the coming weeks, especially La Mar Around The World. La Mar regulars should also be on the lookout for a revamped menu featuring new, flavourful dishes showcasing the beauty of Peruvian cuisine,” said Chef Jesus.
