DOHA: Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. (AAB), the exclusive distributor of Toyota vehicles in Qatar, has successfully concluded a deal for supplying Toyota Camry Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) for Global Limousine. In continuation of the success of the ‘Toyota Hybrid Familiarisation’ programme which was held recently for its top corporate customers, the AAB fleet sales team delivered 10 units of Toyota Camry HEVs to Global Limousine.
The delivery of Camry HEVs was held at the AAB Tower’s Toyota Showroom in Doha recently, the company said in a press statement yesterday. During the event, R. K. Murugan, Acting CEO at AAB, handed over the symbolic key to Nezar Al Merai, General Manager of Global Limousine in the presence of Awwad Mohammed, Senior Manager at Toyota National Sales, K.S. Ravikumar, Manager, Fleet Sales, and Fleet Sales team members.
AAB Toyota’s fleet sales division has been regularly organising the Hybrid Electric Vehicle familiarisation programmes to major fleet clients to illustrate the major benefits, including fuel economy, low CO2 emissions, low NVH levels and power drive feel in Toyota HEVs. AAB’s fleet sales team is successfully promoting the HEVs to enhance Toyota fleet business Qatar, AAB added.

AAB has been organising various familiarisation programmes to promote HEVs in Qatar for last few years .
Toyota currently has four hybrid models in its model line-up in Qatar including Toyota Prius HEV, Toyota Camry HEV, Toyota Corolla HEV and Toyota RAV 4 HEV.
AAB will also introduce more Toyota Hybrid Electric Vehicles in the coming months this year . The company also announced that it is currently offering 8-years/160,000 km warranty for hybrid battery in Qatar to Toyota hybrid buyers as a gesture of goodwill.
AAB has been offering excellent after sales support to their Toyota customers in Qatar and the recent opening of their 9th Service Centre at Al Khor is a testimony of its commitment to customer service, the company added.
