Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met with President of the Republic of Tajikistan HEEmomali Rahmon, on the sidelines of the 3rd Asian Cooperation Dialogue Summit, on Thursday morning at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel - Doha.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common interest and several topics on the summit agenda.
The meeting was attended by Chief of the Amiri Diwan HESheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, and a number of senior officials. From the Tajik side, it was attended by Deputy Prime Minister HE Usmonali Usmonzoda, Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sirojiddin Muhriddin, Assistant to the President on Foreign Relations HE Sharifi Azamsho, Minister of Economic Development and Trade HE Zavqizoda Zavqi, Minister of Finance HE Faiziddin Qahhorzoda, and a number of members of the accompanying official delegation.
