Executive Chef Remi Van Peteghem, Maître Cuisinier de France, has brought a selection of the best dishes created by unique blends of flavours, including Salmon Coulibiac, Veal Blanquette, Cod Fish Cake, Vietnamese Pho, Moroccan Pastilla, and Pondicherry Bread Pudding. Live and interactive kitchens add vibrance to the ambiance.
For the desserts, Executive Pastry Chef, David Girard, creates a fantastic spread to end one’s brunch with an exquisite sweet touch, including the popular Choux a la Crème.
