Many of the leading figures in OSRAM, the multinational lighting manufacturer jointly held a customer appreciation event held at the Oryx Rotana recently, with Jaidah Independent Aftermarket division. The annual customer appreciation event recognised trailblazing businesses that are setting the benchmark for quality in the country.
The event celebrated businesses with a proven track record of success and the company’s commitment to the highest standards of excellence, service and customer care, as well as sharing product and packaging updates, and included a technical seminar to create product awareness.
Leading figures from OSRAM worldwide attended, including Nikolai Dianov - Head of Sales & Marketing, Automotive Lighting from OSRAM Eastern Europe & MEA; Matt Hillenbrand, Head of Product Management from OSRAM Germany and Aysen Acarturk Api, Marketing Manager from OSRAM Lighting Middle East.
Jaidah Independent Aftermarket Wholesale Manager, KT Rao, presented awards to representatives from each of the winning businesses and said: “Our partnership with OSRAM goes from strength to strength year on year, and we’re proud to say that we have a 60 percent market share for OSRAM automotive lamps in the Qatar Market which is the highest market share in the region. OSRAM is a brand that customers trust, and we’re looking forward to strengthening this partnership going forward.”
Appreciation awards were given to OSRAM’s loyal customers including Ali International Trading Est. for the OSRAM Excellence Award for 2018; Euro Parts for the OSRAM Loyal Customer Award for 2018; and Al Fajer Auto Spare Parts for the OSRAM Achievement Award for 2018.
