Rome: The State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Public Health, participated in the second annual summit of the European Corporate Council (ECC) on Africa and the Middle East, which was hosted by the Italian capital, Rome, yesterday.
The delegation of the State of Qatar was headed by Assistant Minister of Public Health for Health Affairs Dr. Saleh Ali Al Marri.
The summit reviewed a number of important topics, most notably “The world in the post-COVID-19 era: the alliance for a better future”, investments in health care, new ways of care through the approach of public-private sector cooperation, education, research and medicine in the future, and the role of states in promoting political and economic stability in Africa and the Middle East.
