Doha: The Qatar 2015 Organising Committee has announced that Al Morouj Al Khadra — Tannourine Water Local Agent will be a

Tannourine has been chosen to supply the championship with mineral water in all venues, including service, training and spectator areas as well as the VIP and guest lounges.
Khamis Mubarak Al Kuwari, Qatar 2015 Head of Finance Committee, said: “The Qatar 2015 Organising Committee is pleased to have Al Morouj Al Khadra — Tannourine Water Local Agent as a business partner as it is considered one of the leading companies working in water extraction and is widely popular. One of our objectives is to promote a healthy lifestyle, and we can achieve that with the provision of mineral water to all facilities and visitors throughout the championship. The well-being of visitors and fans is our top priority and this partnership is a good opportunity to share the message of the importance of drinking enough water.”
Mufid Balawi, Managing Director, Tannourine Water Local Agent, said: “With thousands of people from around the world travelling to Qatar for the matches, making sure water is available for the athletes, and for visitors, is important. We are looking forward to supporting the championship and participating in its success by providing a healthy atmosphere for everyone. We thank the Organising Committee for ensuring that this will happen and for choosing Tannourine Water as its partner along the path of success.”
Tannourine Water distributes a staggering 120m litres of water per year and is popular with both local and international consumers because of the purity of its source, which is the natural springs on the Tannourine Mountains in Lebanon.
In addition, the water is rich in minerals such as sodium, calcium and magnesium that are essential to the human body.
