Last year’s exhibition was a resounding success, featuring the participation of 180 major companies specialising in hunting weapons, supplies, and falcons, and associated products and services.
Last year, 20 countries participated in the exhibition, including Qatar, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and others.
General Manager of Katara, Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, in an earlier statement, emphasised the significance of the exhibition in preserving the culture and heritage of hunters and falconers. S’hail has become one of Katara’s most notable projects, contributing to the promotion of Qatari culture and history in the realms of falconry and hunting.
Since its establishment in 2017, S’hail has gained global recognition as a platform dedicated to the art of hunting and falconry. The exhibition aims to raise awareness about hunting and falconry through world-class exhibitions, larger-than-life events and activities, educational programmes, and support for environmental initiatives, both nationally and globally. S’hail stands out as an exceptional platform in the region, characterised by its magnitude, diversity, and excellence.
It strives to meet the needs and aspirations of hunting and falconry enthusiasts from around the world. Whether it’s showcasing the latest hunting equipment, providing educational resources, or fostering a sense of community among hunters and falconers, S’hail aims to offer an all-encompassing experience.
The seventh edition of the expo will feature the best falcons, hunting, and falconry gear available worldwide. It is one of the biggest of its type and strives to boost hunting as a recreation as well as to promote Qatar’s rich Arab history.
