Riyadh: Saudi Air Defense Forces said it intercepted a Scud ballistic missile fired from Yemen, said Saudi press agency (SPA).
"Saudi Air Defense Forces intercepted today morning a ballistic missile launched from Yemeni territories towards the city of Jizan, where it was destroyed without causing any damage."
The Air Forces immediately destroyed the missile launch pad located inside the Yemeni territories, the SPA added.
