Doha, Qatar: Qatar announced the extension of the truce for another 24 hours, as the humanitarian pause in Gaza between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel was set to expire at 7 am local time on day 7, November 30, 2023.

[12:20am Doha Time] Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that, in accordance with the terms of the 7th day of the humanitarian pause agreement, 30 Palestinians will be released today in exchange for the release of 10 hostages in Gaza. The 2 Russian citizens released yesterday were counted on this list. Palestinians released from Israeli prisons include 23 minors & 7 women, while theIsraeli hostages released include 2 minors & 6 women of dual nationality: A Mexican, a Russian, an Uruguayan who were handed over to the ICRC.

[12am Doha Time] Human Rights group calls on ICC prosecutor to visit Gaza
Al Mezan Center for Human Rights said it repeatedly called on Karim Khan, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, to visit the occupied Palestinian territories. "The urgent need for direct engagement with Palestinian victims is long overdue," the group posted on X.
“It is imperative for the Prosecutor to extend this visit to include Gaza and engage with victims firsthand,” it added.

[3:20pm Doha Time] More than 1,100 aid trucks entered Gaza since truce began: PRCS
Some 1,132 trucks carrying humanitarian aid for Gaza have entered the coastal region via Egypt’s Rafah border crossing since the truce began on Friday, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has said.
“Since the beginning of the truce until yesterday, PRCS staff and volunteers have received 1,132 aid trucks via Rafah Crossing,” the relief group said in a brief statement.

[2:07pm Doha Time] Over 420 attacks on healthcare in occupied Palestinian territories since the start of the war
The World Health Organization says it has documented 427 attacks on healthcare in the occupied West Bank and in the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7.
“Attacks have resulted in 566 fatalities and 758 injuries,” the UN’s health agency wrote on X. “Health care and civilians must be actively protected.”

[10:34 am Doha Time] ‘A relieving announcement’
Civilians in Gaza have started to return to their homes following the news of the humanitarian pause extension. The civilians were taking shelter inside hospitals in anticipation of Israeli air attacks resuming.
According to Al Jazeera reporter Tareq Abu Azzoum in Khan Younis in southern Gaza, "The latest announcement was very relieving for the majority of Palestinians who were fearful and frustrated for not receiving any confirmation on the ceasefire extension yesterday night.”
He further said, "Every new single day of extension [of the truce] will give Palestinians a new opportunity to be alive and to have more supplies to help them alleviate the humanitarian crisis.”
As part of the truce, more humanitarian aid convoys are scheduled to enter the besieged strip amid a catastrophic humanitarian crisis.

[8:14am Doha Time] Qatar announces extension of Gaza truce for an additional day
The Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari announced that the Palestinian and Israeli sides have reached an agreement to extend the humanitarian truce in the Gaza Strip for an additional day (Thursday, November 30, 2023).
The ceasefire between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel will be under the same conditions as earlier, which are a ceasefire and the entry of humanitarian aid.
