Doha: Ministry of Public Health has launched a Covid-19 testing campaign to swab the workers of beauty centres, barbershops, health clubs and gyms.

The testing will take place at the Al Arabi Sports Club Gate No 4 on Wednesday and Thursday, July 29-30 from 8am to 10 pm.

“A copy of Covid-19 negative test result certificate can be collected from building number 323, second floor at Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City on July 29 till August 1, 2020,” MoPH said in a post on Twitter.

Beauty centres, barbershops, health clubs and gyms were allowed to re-open from July 28 as part of the phase 3 of lifting Covid-19 restrictions. One of the requirements for re-opening is that the staff members need to get Covid-19 negative certificate after a swab test.
