New Delhi: Trade officials from India and the United States concluded their four-day parleys here on Saturday, with both sides resolving to deepen bilateral cooperation in priority areas, including increasing market access, said a statement issued by India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The officials decided to reduce tariff and non-tariff barriers, and deepen supply chain integration in a mutually beneficial manner, added the statement.

The trade talks were held as a follow-up to the February India-U.S. Joint Statement, in which the two sides agreed to expand bilateral trade to reach 500 billion US dollars by 2030, including through the conclusion of a Bilateral Trade Agreement.
