Tasdeer team to visit Arab Health Exhibition

Doha: Representatives of Tasdeer, Qatar’s export development agency, will visit Arab Health Exhibition to encourage the Qatari companies to expand into the global market and to assist in capitalising on the best leads generated, a press release issued by the agency said yesterday. Tasdeer strongly believes that trade exhibitions are the best tool to make the right connections and advances in the global market, the statement added.

Mansoor bin Ibrahim Al Mahmoud, Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Development Bank (QDB) said: “Tasdeer’s export development services focus on products and services offered to the exporters in the area of capability and capacity building, market and business-related intelligence and market advisery services. As part of its export promotion services, Tasdeer is focusing on facilitating the participation of exporters in identified exhibitions in the target markets.

Hassan Khalifa Al Mansouri, Executive Director of Qatar Export Development Agency (Tasdeer), a division of QDB, said: “Arab Health is the largest healthcare exhibition and congress in the Middle East and second largest in the world, attracting over 80,000 professionals including top importers from around the globe. With a regional industry worth $80bn the participation of Qatari healthcare companies will help make the right connections towards export promotion.”

Qatari German Company for Medical Devices, which is participating in the exhibition, is a leading medical devices manufacturers in the Middle East. 

Qatar Pharma, another expo participant, specialises in development and manufacture of very high standard officinal medicines and pharmaceutical products, consumer goods for hospitals which meet global export standards.
