Gaza: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 50,251 martyrs, in addition to 114,025 wounded.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza said in its daily statistical report that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 43 martyrs over the past 24 hours, including two whose bodies were recovered, in addition to 115 wounded.
It clarified that the death toll and the number of wounded since the Israeli entity resumed its aggression on Gaza on March 18 has reached 896 martyrs, in addition to 1,984 wounded.
It noted that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and civil defense teams.
On March 18, the Israeli entity resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip, following a two-month hiatus under a ceasefire agreement that came into effect on January 19.
However, the occupation violated the terms of the ceasefire throughout the two months, continuing its bombing of various areas in the Gaza Strip, causing deaths and injuries.
It also refused to implement the humanitarian protocol, and tightened its stifling siege on the Strip, which is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy.
