DOHA: The State of Qatar announced that it is following with great concern the current developments in Burkina Faso, and called on all parties to avoid escalation, enable voice of reason to dominate and pursue dialogue to overcome the crisis in the country.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Qatar’s hope for the maintenance of constitutional institutions and the rule of law for the achievement of the aspirations of the people of Burkina Faso for development and prosperity.
