Oakland: Golden State Warriors out scored on Friday the Cleveland Cavaliers 89-83, in a repeat of last year's final.
The Cavaliers managed to prevent the Warriors from scoring their average 115 points per game. However Stephen Curry and his team showed they are strong defensively as well, ending the Cavaliers' six game winning streak.
Draymond Green ran the show with a double-double (22 points and 15 rebounds). Curry, the leading scorer so far, added 19 points. Klay Thompson and Shaun Livingston had 18 and 16 points respectively.
For the Cavs, LeBron James added 25 points. Kevin Love helped with a double-double (10 points and 18 rebounds) but it wasn't enough to help the Cavs extend their winning streak.
