Doha: The medical team at the Mesaimeer Health Center were able to assist a pregnant woman give birth to a healthy baby girl, Al Sharq reported.
The health center team of Dr Ilham Al Emadi, family physician at Mesaimeer Health Center, Samah Gredi and Hala Amer, Mother and Child Health Educator, and nursing staff succeeded in delivering the baby.
They assisted in performing necessary medical examinations and checks on the health of the baby and the mother.
Dr Al-Emadi said that the mother, when she arrived at the center, was suffering from severe labor pains. The medical staff at the center performed the necessary procedures. The mother and the baby were transferred to Hamad Women's Hospital later.
