DOHA: Mannai Corporation yesterday held an Ordinary General Assembly at the Intercontinental Hotel here yesterday. At the meeting the shareholders re-elected the members of the Board for a further three years to January 22, 2016. The size of the board has been increased to nine directors. The Chairman welcomed Alekh Grewal, Group Chief Executive Officer, as a newly elected member of the board. The Board shall now comprise: H E Sheikh Hamad bin Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Thani, H E Sheikh Suhaim bin Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Thani, Mohamed Al Kubaisi, Ali Yousef Kamal, Rashid Al Naimi, Khalid Mannai, Alekh Grewal, Keith Higley and Said Abu Odeh.
