Doha: An official at the Department of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia obligates all those who are entering the Kingdom through any of the Saudi ports and are not Saudi citizens, whether they are vaccinated or not, to register vaccination data electronically on the website: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home to facilitate and expedite the procedures for their entry into the Kingdom and to reduce the waiting period at the entry ports.
