Prime Minister of Belarus H E Roman Golovchenko arrived in Doha yesterday on an official visit to Qatar. His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi; Director of the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Ibrahim bin Yousef Fakhro; Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Belarus, Abdulaziz Saad Al Kuwari; and Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to Qatar, Aleksei Malafei.
