Calgary, Canada--Vancouver Canucks forward Alex Burrows will miss Tuesday's game four of the first round playoff series against Calgary after suffering an injury during the team's practice earlier in the day.
The Canucks declined to provide details of the injury and would only say it was not serious.
Burrow's hospital visit comes less than 24 hours after the National Hockey League's disciplinary officials decided not to suspend the veteran forward for instigating a fight with Flames defenceman Kris Russell near the end of Sunday's game three.
