Doha: Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, who will be visiting the country today on a two-day visit, will be addressing the community in Al Wakra tomorrow.
Khan will be addressing the Pakistani community at 4pm on January 22 in Al Wakra Stadium auditorium and a huge turnout of expatriates are expected to attend the event.
Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will meet tomorrow at the Amiri Diwan with the Pakistani delegation.
Khan will also meet the Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani and will discuss the prospects of developing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields and the latest updates at the regional and international levels.
According to Pakistani media reports, the Prime Minister will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Finance Minister Asad Umar, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bokhari, Petroleum Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan and the adviser on trade.
This is the first visit to Qatar by Khan, who assumed office in August 2018.
