Bollywood Music Festival
The Bollywood Music Festival, organised by Qatar National Tourism Council as part of Summer in Qatar, will coincide with World Music Day celebrations.
The Music Festival will bring 6 big acts, including a surprise guest, and 50 musicians to Lusail Arena.
It will include performances by multi-award winning versatile singing sensation Sunidhi Chauhan, Guru Randhawa, the “Badshah of Bhangra”; Bombay Vikings; Ragini Tandan; and Indian idol turned Bollywood songstress Bhoomi Trivedi, among others. Hanif & Aslam of Coke Studio will add their own beat to the festivities.
Tickets range from QR75-QR1,500. They can be purchased at online at Qtickets or Ayna Tickets and at outlets including Baba Chapatea in Wakra & Matar Qadeem, Doha Rocks Café, 7st By Mumbai Spices, Desi Dhaba and Filli Café.

Arabic calligraphy exhibition
Iranian artist Abulfadel Khuzaei creatively inscribes “Bismillah – In the name of Allah” in 30 different variations using various types of Arabic calligraphy.
Using different scripts, colours and Islamic designs, Khuzaei showcases his expertise in creative interpretation of the significant phrase from the Qur’an and most prevalent motif in Arabic calligraphy in an exhibition titled “Basmalah” which reflects the beauty of the Arabic calligraphy across the Islamic world.
This exhibition features 30 art pieces, all of which have the phrase ‘Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim.’ The artist has used six types of Arabic calligraphy such as Reqa and Thulthuth.

International Day of Yoga in Qatar
The Embassy of India in Doha is celebrating the 5th International Day of Yoga on June 22. The celebration is a part of global commemoration of the International Day of Yoga and will be held at National Museum of Qatar in the morning and evening it will be held at Qatar Sports Club Multi Purpose Indoor Hall.
The events on June 22 will not only include Yoga demonstrations by experts but also provide an opportunity for all to participate in Yoga session which will be based on the Common Yoga Protocol and will comprise of various postures and breathing techniques, followed by meditation.

Bekhudi Live
Bekhudi Live is one of a kind music concept band that mostly experiments with Indian subcontinent music like ghazals, geets and old flim melodies.
Talented singers like Veetrag, Pooja Gaitonde and Ragesh will be performing at Bekhudi Live.
