Doha: As Qatar observes Ramadan with great fervour and is witnessing people coming together to share the blessings of the holy month, several companies in the country have lined up special offers during this period.
Banks are offering exciting deals during the holy month of Ramadan. Qatar National Bank (QNB) said on it twitter handle, “Apply for a vehicle loan during Ramadan and benefit from cashback of 15% of the total interest on your vehicle loan.”
Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) launched its finance offer with Qatar Airways Privilege Club to mark Ramadan, consisting of a competitive Finance rate and Avios as a reward.
It noted that the offer is available for QIIB and non QIIB customers who transfer their salaries and liabilities to QIIB, can receive personal or vehicle finance at a competitive rate whilst being awarded Qatar Airways Privilege Club Avios. This offer, which is valid until May 20, will see loyalty members being awarded 10,000 Avios for every QR100,000 of finance.
Masraf Al Rayan announced ‘Celebrate Ramadan with a 6-month payment holiday’ campaign on its website. “Take a Masraf Al Rayan Personal Finance & enjoy up to 6 months grace period, 7% profit rate for Al Rayan Premier (7.25%for retail) and up to QR4,000 cashback. Offer valid for salary transfer customers only till 30th April 2023,” it tweeted.
Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has launched its yearly Ramadan Auto Finance promotion for new and existing customers seeking to purchase regular, electric or hybrid cars. With fully Shari’a-compliant finance packages, customers can avail attractive profit rates and additional benefits during the holy month of Ramadan.
QIB has partnered with reputed automotive dealers and brands to offer special financing deals during Ramadan. Valid until April 30th of this year, the Auto Finance promotion offers attractive financing options to customers who wish to buy a new or used vehicle.
The bank also announced the launch “Double your Points” Ramadan campaign for its credit and charge cardholders.
As part of Ramadan campaign, Ahli Bank said on its website, “Open an Ultra Savings Account or Al Rabeh Savings Account, or apply for a Credit Card or a loan for a chance to win 50,000 Avios. At the end of the campaign, 30 winners will be selected via the draw, with each person receiving 50,000 Avios from Qatar Airways Privilege Club.”
Doha Bank also announced a special postponement offer for its customers in the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan. It stated on its website. It also stated, “During this special offer, customers can postpone their monthly installment free of charge through online and mobile app and will be available for the whole month of April 2023.”
