Riyadh: The main Saudi Stock Index closed Wednesday, down by 16.08 points, ending its trading at 12,317.59 points, with trades worth SR6 billion.

The volume of traded shares reached 236 million shares, with the shares of 49 companies recording an increase in their value, while the shares of 189 companies closed down.

The parallel Saudi Stock Index (Nomu) closed up by 50.75 points, reaching 31,430.32 points, with trades worth SR 36 million, and the volume of traded shares exceeded 3 million shares.
