Award-winning international artist Tamer Hosny will be live at Katara Cultural Village as part of the FIFA World Cup activities that will take place in the country.
The multi-talented singer, actor, songwriter will perform on October 21, 2022, at Katara Amphitheatre in a one-of-a-kind concert that will begin at 8pm.
The lowest priced QR500 tickets are already sold out with three other categories priced at QR 800, QR 1,250 and QR 2,000 also selling out fast.
Hailing from Egypt, Hosny began his career in 2002, and in no time became one of the biggest pop celebrities in the Middle East and Africa.
With dozens of successful albums and films, Hosny has bagged awards, such as Best Selling Album in 2002 from the Nile Variety channel, Best Arab Artist at Murex D’Or in 2014 and 2016, and Best Arab Artist at the Middle East Music Awards in 2015.
Meanwhile, Katara has lined up a slew of mega activities to entertain World Cup fans attending the tournament. It has listed 51 main events with participation from 22 countries.
