The Ministry of Municipality and Environment represented by the Agricultural Affairs Department has announced that fresh dates (locally called Al Rutab) from local farms will be available at all Al Meera branches from July 20, 2020.
The marketing of fresh dates from this season will be following the preventive and precautionary measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, the Ministry said in a statement.
Fresh dates of different varieties from local farms will be available at fixed prices at all Al Meera branches.
