Al Khor Family Park, which includes a mini zoo, has witnessed the birth of an African Lion cub.
The Ministry of Municipality and Environment announced this on twitter and shared a picture of the cub without giving details of when the animal was born.
The Ministry added that all necessary veterinary care is provided to the cub. The lion cub will be artificially fed throughout the day for about two months and in the third month it will be gradually introduced to meat.
