Takakazu Morimoto, Men’s Order of Merit winner at the inaugural Air Miles Summer League, receives his prize from Air Miles Regional Manager, K Sridhar at the Doha Golf Club (DGC), recently. Morimoto received a grand prize of 500,000 Air Miles. The Air Miles Summer League consisted of a series of 10 events with different formats played over four months, from June to September inclusive. There were an average of 120 participants per event. Event winners received 15,000 Air Miles each while the top three overall Men’s order of merit winners received 500,000, 350,000 and 250,000 Air Miles respectively. The Ladies order of merit winner also received 250,000 Air Miles each.
