Doha, Qatar: A Teacher of Shantiniketan Indian School (SIS), Doha, Payal Das, has received the prestigious Teachers Glory Awards under the category “Excellence in Bringing Innovative Methods of Teaching” at the 26th Elets World Education Summit & Awards 2023 held in New Delhi, India.
The event was inaugurated by Mikael Hermansson, a TEDx speaker, author and edutainer, Sweden, Europe; Divyakant Shukla, Secretary, Secondary Education Board, Government of Uttar Pradesh; K Bhaskar, Commissioner of School Education (Infrastructure), Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh; and G P Upadhyaya, Cabinet Secretary and Principle Chief Investment Advisor, Government of Sikkim at 26th Elets World Education Summit 2023.
The two-day event was followed by several programmes — magazine launch, panel discussions, expo visit and networking.
