Doha: President of the Republic of Rwanda H E Paul Kagame arrived in Doha this morning, on an official visit to the country.
HE the President and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by Director of Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Ibrahim Yousif Fakhro, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Rwanda HE Misfer Faisal Mubarak Al Ajab Al Shahwani and Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to Qatar HE Francois Nkulikiyimfura.
