Doha: Mall of Qatar has announced the first winner for the shop and win campaign that was launched last week under the theme ‘Pick and Choose'. The announcement was made at a ceremony held at the Oasis Stage of the Mall and attended by General Manager Emile Sarkis and other guests.
Emile Sarkis said: “We are pleased to welcome the media, which supports us in delivering our message to the community. Our customers are always our priority, and the media is our partner in reaching them. The new ‘Pick and Choose’ campaign demonstrates our plans to provide the best services to customers giving them the chance to win valuable prizes. The ‘Pick and Choose’ festival is the biggest of its kind in Qatar, and just this week, we picked the first winner of the first weekly draw, and 19 cars are still waiting.”
“Our main goal is to please our shoppers and to activate the business cycle while taking all precautionary measures for the safety of visitors. We are glad to see the clients’ turnout, a clear indication of their confidence and trust, thanks to our unique shopping experience for individuals and families. Mall of Qatar will be their favorite destination, and we promise more activities and plans in the coming months,” added Sarkis.
‘Pick and Choose’ first weekly draw took place last Thursday in the presence of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry representative. Ramishwar Raut was the first lucky winner in the first draw that attracted 760 participants.
The current ‘Pick and Choose’ festival offers customers more flexible options to choose their favourite car and the weekly draw date until the campaign’s end on January 14, 2021. Qatar’s biggest shop and win festival allows customers to win twenty fascinating cars during the festival.
Mall of Qatar’s visitors will need to buy a gift card worth QR300 or spend QR300 or more in any of the Mall outlets to be eligible for the weekly raffle draw. Also, customers who buy Gifts Card’s worth QR500 or spend QR500 or more will be entitled to participate in the grand prize raffle draw to win one of the two luxury cars in December.
Customers can redeem their receipts with coupons from the Mall customer service desks and will have opportunity to select the car and the week of the raffle drawing they wish to participate in to win through the ‘Pick and Choose.’ Designated raffle draw boxes have been installed at all the customer service. Customers can track the number of raffle participants in each box to have better information for making their decision.
Pick & Choose festival includes twenty BMWs and Mini Coopers. The weekly raffle draw will occur every Thursday at the Oasis stage. The two grand prize draws for the two luxury BMW will take place on December 10 on the Mall’s anniversary, and on December 18 on the occasion of Qatar National Day.
