DOHA: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Amir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani sent yesterday cables of congratulations to HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman on the anniversary of assuming the reins of power in the Sultanate.
