DOHA: All managerial and technical arrangements are underway few days before staging the final competitions of the seventh edition of Schools Olympic Program (SOP) 2013-2014 under the theme (Sport and Integrity) to be held on March 20 and 21 for both boys and girls at the Aspire Zone .
SOP is an annual School sport events jointly organised by the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) , Supreme Education Council (SEC), Qatar School Sport Federation and Qatar Paralympics Committee along with this year partners, International Centre of Sport Security (ICSS), the Qatar Anti-Doping Laboratory, the Qatar Anti-Doping Committee, and the Ministry of Interior and Maersk Company (Event official sponsor for three consecutive year).
All qualified schools from different learning stages (boys and girls) are intensifying their effort and training sessions in order to participate in the final competitions in several sports including (group sports) volleyball, basketball, football, handball and (individual sport) Tennis, athletics, gymnastics, Shooting, Swimming, table tennis and Fencing.
