Doha: Katara has cancelled Katara International Exhibition for Kahraman (Amber) today due to the death of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman, who passed away Friday evening.
The exhibition was being held at Katara Hall Building 12.
The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has ordered three days of mourning in Qatar.
This was announced by Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, General Manager of Katara Cultural Village, on his twitter.
Earlier Aspire Zone Foundation had cancelled today’s Aspire Lake Festival.
