Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Qatar, H E Zaid Mufleh Al Lawzi, has said that the Jordanian-Qatari relations have always been distinguished under special patronage of HM the King of Jordan Abdullah II bin Al Hussein and Amir of Qatar H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani indicating that the cooperation in various fields has been ongoing for decades.
In an interview with Qatar News Agency (QNA) on the occasion of the National Day of Qatar, the ambassador expressed his country’s constant aspiration to enhance this cooperation and find its new prospects.
He added that he was honoured to convey the highest greetings to Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the Qatari people on this happy occasion, wishing the country further progress and prosperity.
He also said that the progress and prosperity achieved by Qatar and the role it plays in regional issues reflects the wisdom of the Qatari leadership, which has earned Qatar respect and appreciation at the regional and international levels.
