Doha: H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, today inaugurated the newly expanded Hamad International Airport.
H E toured the new passenger terminals and listened to an overview of their capacities in receiving and departing passengers and the modern systems used.
He was also briefed on the various facilities and equipment and the accompanying development in all operational processes in order to receive travelers, guests of Qatar and fans of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior was accompanied by a number of Their Excellencies the ministers and senior officials.
