Doha: The daily falcon auction, which is being on the side line of the sixth edition of S’hail 2022 - Katara International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition, witnessed the highest price bid yesterday.
A bid of QR 911 thousand was achieved yesterday, amid fierce competition between the enthusiasts. The highest bid on Thursday was made of QR 202 thousand, QNA has published.
The falcon auction is very popular and unparalleled, as participation in it is also done online through the exhibition application.
The exhibition will conclude today, Saturday.
Qatar’s signature falcon exhibition, which underlines the significance of the rich culture and heritage, opened on September 5 and involves 180 participating companies excelling in hunting-related and falconry products from 20 countries.
