Doha: Media City Qatar has invited the public to participate in its Qatar National Sport Day 2025 activation tomorrow at Msheireb Downtown Doha, Sikkat Wadi.
The activation, ‘Ready, Set, Next’, offers a day of fitness, fun, and community spirit, featuring guided exercise challenges and valuable health and wellness insights. Open to all, the activation ensures inclusivity for seasoned athletes, casual attendees, and families alike, with opportunities to win a raffle prize.
‘Ready, Set, Next’ features a fitness challenge where participants can scan QR codes to access a series of guided exercises. Participants will replicate these movements using the facilities available at Msheireb Downtown Doha, Sikkat Wadi, noting that activities such as wall push-ups or tricep dips are designed to be done anywhere using just body weight or common structures like benches and walls.
The activation is supported by prominent Qatar-based influencers, including renowned sports broadcaster and former professional tennis player, Mohammed Saadon Al Kuwari and popular content creator and social media icon, Ahmed Pato. Upon completing the challenge, participants will enter a draw to win two exclusive tickets to the ONE 171 Championship on February 20, 2025. The activation will also feature dedicated sports zones designed to engage visitors of all ages. These zones will offer a diverse range of activities, including smart interactive challenges, combat sports, scoring-based games, and CrossFit-inspired workouts.
The activation underscores Media City Qatar’s commitment to supporting national priorities on this important day.
