Romanian Folklore Night 

Katara's Cultural Village with the embassy of Romania in Doha organises the Romanian Folklore Night by Junii Sibiului. 

Where: Drama Theatre, Katara

Darb Al Saai

The celebrations for the Qatar National Day begin with the opening of the Darb Al-Saai. Tents by various organisations will organise competitions and workshops for people across all categories till December 20.

Treasures of China 

China's First emperor, Qin Shihuang, planned to spend  his afterlife buried in a palatial tomb, surrounded by his worldly treasures. To guard his mausoleum, he commissioned an army of terracotta warriors. These terracotta soldiers along with other 116 peieces dating back from the Neolithic period are exhibited at the Museum of Islamic Art.

Festival of Music in QNCC 

Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra as part of its festival of Music organises nine concerts in eight hours. The concerts are Woodwind Chamber Music, Music for the Tempest, String Chamber Music, Qatar Music Academy Musicians, Arabic Chamber Music, Broadway Melodies, Brahms Sextet for Strings, and Classics from Film and Opera.

Tickets: While some are free, others are ticket only events (Priced at QR 50 and QR 100)

Winter Musical Roaming

Pearl Qatar musical parades with jugglers ad mascots roam around in Porto Arabia from 7pm to 10pm on December 9.
