DOHA: Qatar Navigation (Milaha) QSC held its extraordinary General Assembly Meeting on April 3.
A press statement said the meeting had only one agenda item — the approval of the board of directors’ recommendation to reverse the decision to increase the company’s capital, passed at the extraordinary general assembly meeting held last year. This was approved by the general assembly.
Milaha held its ordinary annual general meeting on March 31, in which all items on the agenda were approved by the general assembly.
