Singapore: Gold prices were little changed on Thursday as investors awaited US payroll data for more cues on the Federal Reserve's monetary policy path.
Spot gold was flat at $2,648.89 per ounce, and US gold futures eased 0.1% to $2,672.60.
The US payroll report on Friday will be followed next week by inflation data for November.
Spot silver fell 0.1% to $31.31 per ounce, platinum dropped 0.2% to $939.07 and palladium shed 0.3% to $975.48.
