Doha: President of the 66th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and UN High Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations H E Nassir bin Abdulaziz Al Nasser considered the referendum as one of Qatar’s everlasting historical days that embodies the great cohesion between the Qatari people and their wise leadership while participating yesterday in the referendum on the draft constitutional amendments to the country’s Permanent Constitution at the headquarters of the First Committee in Ali bin Hamad Al Attiyah arena of Al Sadd Sports Club.
