Ankara: Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces H E Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad Al Nabit met separately with Minister of National Defence of Turkey H E Hulusi Akar and Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces H E General Yasar Guler, during his current visit to the Republic of Turkey.
Head of the International Military Cooperation Authority Brigadier General Abdulaziz Saleh Al Sulaiti and Qatar's Military Attache in Turkey, Brigadier General Mohammed bin Rashid Al Shahwani attended the two meetings.
Al Nabit also met separately with Commander of Turkish Special Forces H E General Omer Ertugrul Erbakan; Commander of Turkish Land Aviation Command Brigadier General Oguz Baykal; Commander of the drone brigade, Brigadier General Ismail Yayan; and Turkey’s Vice-President of Defence Industries Serdar Demirel.
The meetings reviewed military relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance them.
