Ticketless World Cup fans attempting to gain stadium access will be dealt seriously, warns Security
Attendees at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches are required to hold the appropriate tickets said the Safety and Security Operations Commitee of the tournament.
The committee requested fans to not to travel to stadiums without holding a valid match ticket. In a press release, it pointed out that there are increasing instances of fans attempting to gain access to stadiums without holding the correct ticket. "Such instances will be taken seriously by our security teams and will be dealt accordingly," it added.
It further encouraged all those interested in attending the matches to check ticket availability and to purchase them through FIFA.com / tickets.
