Doha: Organisers of Qatar's premier construction exhibition IFP Qatar has announced its decision to postpone the upcoming Project Qatar 2020 as a precautionary measure following the recent global developments on the spread of Covid-19 in several countries.
Originally set to take place from April 7 to 9, 2020 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, the exhibition will now be held in September 2020.
Project Qatar every year attracts the biggest global players in the construction market and provides opportunities to secure deals with decision-makers in the Qatari market. Last year over 500 leading companies from 34 countries, including China, UK, Italy, Spain, Turkey, India had participated in the exhibition.
The organisers announced that will resume all trade promotion activities at the soonest possible time to ensure a safe business networking platform.
