Strong wind in Northern areas of Qatar: Met

Doha: The Department of Meteorology has predicted strong winds in northern areas on Saturday.
They also said there will be strong wind and high sea offshore. 
Weather inshore until 6pm on Saturday will be relatively cold daytime with some clouds and slightly dusty at some areas at times, cold by night, while offshore it will be slightly dusty at times, the Department said in its daily weather report.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 08-18 knots reaches 22 knots to northern areas daytime. 
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 18-28 knots at first, decreases from 12-22 knots later.
Visibility will be 4-9 kilometers. Sea state inshore will be 2-4 feet reaches 5 feet at places at times. Offshore, it will be 8-10 feet at first, decreasing to 4-7 feet later.
