Doha: Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) has released Eid Al Fitr Calendar 2019 with a host of games, entertainment shows and family fun circus free of cost at a number of malls in collaboration with its partners under Summer in Qatar 2019 (SiQ) programs.
Souq Waqif, Souq Al Wakra and Katara Cultural Village will be also hosting a number of programs and games to celebrate Eid Al Fitr.
The calendar was released by QNTC officials during a media roundtable discussion held at Albidda Hotel - Souq Waqif recently. The event was attended by QNTC partners from public and private sectors including the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Municipality and Environment, Qatar Museums, Qatar Airways, Katara Cultural Village, Qatar Foundation, Private Engineering Office and Katara Hospitality among many more.
As per the calendar, Mall of Qatar will host Dora Sing-Along, Ice Age Sing-Along and Justice League from June 3 to 8 from 11am to 9:45pm where the entry will be free. The Original Monopoly Human Sized Game will be held in Doha Festival City from June 1 to 14 from 10am to 1am. Lagoona Mall will host Aladdin Live Show for five days starting from the first day of Eid Al Fitr from 3:30pm to 10:30pm, the entry will be free.
A number of activities including a magic show, puppet show, face painting, Arabic Mascots Arda / Arabic Dabke/ Dance Tannoura will be held in Al Khor Mall for three days starting from the first day of Eid Al Fitr from 6pm to 9pm.
Hyatt Plaza Mall will organise live traditional games, contests for kids, folklore shows (Palestinian & Jordanian) and juggling for five days starting from the first day of Eid Al Fitr from 5pm to 10pm. The Family Fun Circus stage show will be held in Al Mirqab Mall from June 3 to 8 from 4pm to 10pm. The entry for all shows mentioned above are free for visitors.
Trimoo Parks at Doha Festival City will host Angry Birds Live Show, Al Rayyan TV Live Game Show for four days starting from the first day of Eid Al Fitr from 10am to 4pm based on parks’ rate card.
Souq Waqif and Souq Al Wakra will organise programs to celebrate Eid and a number games for five days starting from the first day of Eid Al Fitr from 4pm to 10pm at the rate of QR10 per game.
Fireworks, Bayieat Al Kaeak play and Ghabqa in the car activities will be held at Katara Cultural Village for four days starting for the first day of Eid Al Fitr from 4pm to 10 pm, firework will begin at 8pm, the entry will be free.
La Cigale Hotel Doha will celebrate Eid Al Fitr with Stars Ziad Burji and Adam on June 6 from 10pm to 2am, the door will open at 9pm. The ticket will cost from QR380 to 1,000.
