Doha, Qatar: The Palestinian group Hamas has handed over three Israeli captives to Red Cross today, February 1, 2024, in the fourth swap of the Gaza ceasefire.

French-Israeli national Ofer Kalderon and Israeli citizen Yarden Bibas were released in Khan Younis, while American Israeli national Keith Siegel was handed over in the northern part of the enclave.

Hamas has so far handed over 18 hostages to the Red Cross, in exchange for 100s of Palestinian prisoners, many of whom are women and minors.

The Palestinian Prisoners' Society said 183 Palestinian detainees will be freed from Israeli jails later today.

Israel’s continuous onslaught against Gaza has killed at least 47,460 Palestinians and wounded 111,580 since October 7, 2023.
